Cake Decorating Competition

While I love the idea of cake decorating, its certainly not something I’ve mastered.  April 17th, there will be a student Cake Decorating Competition from Pastry Chicago, hosted at Whole Foods Market – spots are still open for you who are daring & skilled!  Click here to find the Registration form – deadline is April 9th!  First 20 entries accepted!

Its the Fifth Annual Student Cake Decorating Contest, hosted by Whole Foods Market.  The contest theme will be Avatar (the movie).

There will also be a demo/education seminar by Chef Mark Seaman of Marked for Dessert and Chef Instructor at The French Pastry School. He will showcase an exciting and useful cake decorating technique that will compliment the theme of the competition.
